I agree that all submissions become the property of Alchemy Healing Arts Center. All decisions are final. All prizes will be awarded in the form of a gift certificate with an expiration date of December 31, 2013 which cannot be combined with any other certificate, offer or discount and there is no cash value to the award. Session must be scheduled in advance for any service up to a $120 value. If winner is late, the remaining time will be used for the session. If the winner does not give 24 hour notice of cancellation by phone, the certificate will be forfeited. Winners must be 18 or older, residents of the United States, one entry per person, staff, owners and family of AHAC are not eligible. All entries will receive a gift by email and agree to be added to Alchemy Healing Arts Center's email list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. Entries must be received by June 29, 2013, AHAC is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail or any other situation that prevents your entry. Winners will be announced by July 31, 2013.
