"I am currently working as a Service Desk Analyst providing support to business users in US. We troubleshoot basic end user issues on various software applications, hardware, network and telecommunications systems and provide basic desktoo support.
Prior to that I've worked as a technical representative in a telecommunications company based in Australia, it is one of the prominent telecommunications company in Australia and also I have worked as an administrative assistant in a Foreign Exchange company.
I am working on a BPO company for more than 5 years now and would love to try new things especially as a Virtual Assistant. I am ready to accept new challenges and would love to work with you guys!"
