"I have been working for so many years now and my work experiences helped me in so many aspects. Throughout my tenure, it enhanced both my professional and personal skills with the help of various accounts that I've been with.
Here are the relevant work experiences that I had which I believed made me a right fit for the position as Virtual Assistant. My first job is Quality Assurance Baker in San Miguel Mills which helped me to prepare evaluation reports per product. It also helped me to report critical and potential problems encountered in the process and solving quality problems. I worked in TTEC for 7 years which is a BPO company. I started in a healthcare account and got re-hired in a telecommunications account. As a customer service associate in a healthcare account, I was able to verify customer's information following the HIPAA guidelines and provides their dental insurance benefits or coverage. I was able to expedite or make adjustment to patient's claim as well. I am familiar with dental terminologies, assessing EOBs and validating provider's information. As billing and collections consultant, I was able to assist customers on their billing enquiry and disputes as well as making payments, service reconnection and payment extension and at the same time I was able to provide company's product deals by generating leads and sales. I've handled complaints as well and difficult customers.
