"I'm currently a freelance/independent online teaching provider, a part time job, I teach English online. But I prefer a full time job to have a wider scope of relevant work experience. I want to continue pursuing an absolute career growth in a company like Brightdrop.And explore my possibility of having a deeper commitment.
I also worked for IBM/Concentrix for almost 7 years, a BPO company in which I was part of Xerox North America account. I started as customer service/technical support in 2008, got promoted as senior technical support after a year, then I was groomed to be one of the Subject Matter Experts, in 2012 I became part of the Lead Management team. My key role as an SME is to ensure that all the account's processes are implemented properly, from call flow quality standards, documentation, monitoring call queues, one on one coaching to direct reports, timely feedback giving, call monitoring, machine and process trainings, taking supervisors call, answering customers complaints and feedback, managing CSATs and DSATs( Customer Satisfaction rate), doing root cause analysis and corrective action plans and etc. This is why it is the most substantial/relevant work experience I had, because I have learned valued knowledge and skills here, particularly managing people (coaching/mentoring),processes, office equipments and materials, client relations."
