"I was an inbound sales support for Sprint (BPO company was NCO) where I stayed for 1 year. We sell Rugged phones, Smart phones, accessories, insurance, data, call and text plans. And I enjoyed meeting the quota and getting an incentive that is being credited to my salary. They also have these nice out of town trips and hotel reservations that they give for free to their top agent performers and I proudly say I was one of the lucky agents to experience that.
I was also a Customer representative for Virgin mobile (BPO company was Teleperformance) I stayed there for 2 years. I helped customer top up their account, set up emails on their phones and do basic troubleshooting steps. I enjoyed making the customer realize that they still have unused money in their account for a very long time that they can use to buy new cellphones. And I love assisting old/senior people because they are very appreciative.
The last company I was with is Concentrix and I was a Customer Representative for Microsoft. I helped customers regarding Billing concerns like renewing their subscriptions and refunds. I also escalate unusual scenarios to our Global Support Team. And what I enjoyed the most is that to help the customers recover their Microsoft accounts and educating them on how to secure it to prevent it from hackers online.
