"I am very interested in the position of Customer Service Representative. I have a passion when it comes to cars that`s why I am so excited to work with you and know the process. As an ambitious professional with world-class customer service experience, I truly believe that I would make an excellent addition to your team.

Reflecting on my first job at E-Pacific Global Contact Center, it was a mix of excitement and anxiety. I was an outbound sales agent and we sellphone cards over the phone and it was a tough job because we have a daily, weekly, and monthly target that we need to reach.

I started working with Sitel Philippines, my main objective why I left is to learn new skills and knowledge in the BPO industry. This is the company where I started my customer service skills. I have handled travel bookings, rewards, and technical support for XM Radio. The best part of my 2 years of stay in Sitel is gaining new friends and skills for my plans and goal in life.

After almost 3 years of working in Sitel, I decided to leave the company due to transportation and distance issues. So, HSBC-HDPP opened a new door for me and it is an advantage because the workplace is in Alabang, Muntinlupa. I was a phone banker for a credit card company and we also do inbound selling. I had a great stint that lasted for almost five years. Back in 2013, one of the largest banks in the U.S, Capital One bought out HSBC, but we are still thankful because the new bank decided to absorb us with no changes in our current salary.

Working with Capital One gave me an advantage in today`s competition. I started as a Senior Operation Representative, then a few years after I became a Nesting coach. Being a coach is kind of tough because you are dealing with the newly graduated agents from training. Each of them has a different personality and learning style, but the best part of it is we always celebrate our small and big wins."
