"I am really interested to be part of your team since I wanted to start working from home due to the pandemic. I have extensive working experience for the past seven years and most of them are customer service roles.
I have been in the BPO industry for more than seven years now and what I can say is that it honed my skills and knowledge as a person on how to handle different types of customers.
With the CSR role, I was trained to handle inbound calls from customers and since most of them are Telco subscribers. It was focused on billing and technical issues so I learned how to be patient when dealing with those types of concerns. My experience as a retention specialist gave me knowledge on how to deep dive with the real issues of the clients and what solution to provide. This includes a lot of probing questions and customer reassurance.
