If selected as a vendor, you will be contacted via your preferred method of contact as soon as we receive your application.
A non-refundable vendor fee ($40 if you are self-contained, $50 if you require 220 volt electricity) will be due by check, money order, cash, or credit card on our secure site (http://www.carmarocks.com/make-a-donation-pay-vendor-or-sponsor-bill-here-with-paypal) on the CARMA Facebook page by April 18th AFTER YOU ARE ACCEPTED AS A VENDOR. Each vendor is allowed one extra booth worker to be admitted at no charge.
  • If you do not know your booth helper at the time of submitting this form, please notify us of the name as soon as possible.

  • We are unable to provide covered spaces, please bring your own tent. Tents must be secured to the ground in case of high winds.
  • All vendors are responsible for their own tents, electrical and extension cords, lighting, tables, and other supplies. The festival organizers will provide an electricity source within our ability to meet electricity needs.
