If selected as a vendor, you will be contacted via your preferred method of contact as soon as we receive your application.
A non-refundable vendor fee ($40 if you are self-contained, $50 if you require 220 volt electricity) will be due by check, money order, cash, or credit card on our secure site (http://www.carmarocks.com/make-a-donation-pay-vendor-or-sponsor-bill-here-with-paypal) on the CARMA Facebook page by April 18th AFTER YOU ARE ACCEPTED AS A VENDOR. Each vendor is allowed one extra booth worker to be admitted at no charge.

We are unable to provide covered spaces, please bring your own tent. Tents must be secured to the ground in case of high winds.

The undersigned agrees that they will comply with all policies, procedures and regulations included with this application, and agree to be bound by and comply with associated documents. The undersigned also understands that if any of the event policies are violated, that they will forfeit fees paid to participate in the festival. The undersigned understands that Music Camp and CARMA staff and executive volunteers are responsible for making final decisions with regard to the event operations and agrees to abide by their decisions. By its signature, vendor agrees to release, hold harmless the music Camp, CARMA, its staff, agents and employees from any damages including loss of life sustained even if liability arises out of the negligence of The Music Camp, CARMA, its staff, agents and employees. Vendor further agrees to defend and indemnify the Music Camp, CARMA, its staff, agents and employees, for any and all claims. The undersigned further acknowledges and agrees that this Release and Indemnity shall be construed to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law and that if any provision or portion of this Release and Indemnity is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the undersigned agrees that the remainder of this Release and Indemnity shall remain in full force.
Vendor further understands that I have given up substantial rights by signing this Waiver and Release and sign it voluntarily. This Waiver and Release also binds my heirs and assigns.
The undersigned represents that this Waiver, Release and Indemnity is given in consideration for being allowed to participate in the festival.
