    "Customer service has been the core of my career all along. Starting with my earlier positions, I worked as a Technical Support Associate with TeleTech Philippines under their Accenture program where I helped customers in troubleshooting their tech-based needs, particularly with AT&T DSL. After my first call center experience, I became the Administrative Officer to our family business of manning agency for 8 years. We supply manpower, particularly stevedores, to the largest sugar refinery in Asia called Central Azucarera de Don Pedro, Inc. Aside from my full-time commitment to our business, I also started to have part-time online gigs in 2008. Some of my projects include being a telemarketer for an online delivery system, a proofreader, a data miner, and a chat moderator. In 2010, my husband and I decided to form a band and put up music equipment and sound system rentals along with it. When our agency closed down in 2014, I became the Project Manager of another company that is also a manpower vendor to the Azucarera so I basically did the same job description as with our own agency.

    Before I went full-time in being a band handler, I worked for an auto broker company based in West Covina, California as an Account Specialist in 2017. My scope of work involved email management, live chat support, I did a lot of data entries, created daily monitoring of bill pay and car rentals inventory, as well as opening/maintaining clients' details in our database.

    During the height of the Covid-19 pandemic which greatly affects the industry that I am currently in at that time, I transitioned in working full time online as a Transcription Proofreader for QA World and Transcription Puppy until I got hired as an Inside Sales Agent in a real estate company based in Moore, Oklahoma where I cold call and circle prospect with a script that is in the form of a survey.

    Over the years, I have acquired relevant skills and experience, which I shall bring to your organization. I am a self-motivated person and I try to exceed my superior’s expectations with high-quality work. Being a fast learner, I quickly pick up business knowledge related to my project. I work well both as an individual contributor and also as a team member. "
