"I have been in the BPO/call center industry since 2005 and for more than a decade of experience, I held different jobs from Customer service, inbound sales support and technical support through phone, chat and email channel. I’ve handled different campaigns which include directory assistance, customer service for US Telco companies, financial service and also customer support for the world’s biggest search engine.
Due to my superior work ethic, broad product knowledge, interpersonal and leadership skills, I also moved my way up to handling escalations, to providing floor support and mentoring which honed me further to become an Operations supervisor. I believe that these experiences I gained over the years can help me take on a new role and I would love to be part of your team of virtual assistants. I also believe that not only can I contribute technical skills to your team but more importantly, I have the soft skills to include being able to manage time, being resourceful and being able to work with zero to minimal supervision as I work remotely."
