"I was in the BPO industry for more than 3 years. Handled different accounts. I used to handle inbound and outbound calls at the same time. After some time, I decided to work from home due to what is being offered. Staying and watching my kids grow is a privilege while earning.
I used to be a Team Lead to a US start up company, handled all agents, client relationship and payroll. I used to be a Virtual Assistant to real estate investor as well and learned more about the industry.
I've learned a lot from my previous role, but now I'm looking for a new challenge to broaden my horizons and to gain a new skill-set all of which I see the potential in this job. I'm looking forward to better opportunity to grow in job wise and financial wise."
