Fill out this rebate request form and print out confirmation page. Confirmation page will include instructions for mailing rebate confirmation along with a copy of your sales receipt to aFe POWER.

We must receive your rebate confirmation and sales receipt by September 30, 2016. Rebate and receipt must be for the same person. Limit one rebate per customer. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your rebate check. Offer valid on purchases from July 1, 2016 through August 31, 2016. Offer valid for US and Canada only.
