“Throughout the last five years I have had the opportunity to work for different companies and positions mainly focused on customer experience.
My professional journey began by working two years for a well-known American telecommunications company, starting on the front line as customer service; shortly after I was promoted as technical support and still handling any billing or account inquiries. Averaging over 500 calls per week, my customer service skill grew and gained the knowledge on how to troubleshoot and being able to deliver solutions for technical challenges. This job showed me how to work under high demand and how to reach those expectations.
I spent two years working for a financial institution based on e-commerce as a Jr Data Analyst; in charge of analyzing digital transactions mainly Cryptocurrencies. I was able to detect patterns and suspicious activities, creating detailed cases to later escalate for further auditing and due diligence. At this point of my career, I gained wide knowledge after being trained from multiple webinars (AML, FinCEN, CFT).
In my latest job, I was working for a medical institution, being the first point of contact between patients, clinics, pharmaceuticals and providers, holding a responsibility of fulfilling their request but at the same time being able to deliver a great customer service experience showing the values of the organization. Being able to handle the overwhelming demand due to the pandemic. Always very conscious of the policies and procedures, including the HIPAA rules, which I was trained and certified.
