    "Having been a part of several industries such as the airline, real estate, events, and BPO, I have acquired a variety of experience with the main core being to provide excellent and exceptional customer service while getting things done efficiently. I treat every person as a customer or a client deserving of my utmost and paramount attention making sure I exceed their expectations. I provide high regard for their time and resources.

    Here are some of the relevant work experiences I have: as a planner and event organizer, I coordinate with all suppliers that clients prefer while laying down a wide array of options - from choosing the venue, down to the event design, to the program's timetable; I also make sure everything goes exactly as planned on the day of the event. Working as a customer service agent at the airport is no different as it involved a lot of organizing and coordination, not to mention being keen on every detail - from making sure that everything is well-coordinated with officers, ensuring that flights depart on time, to making certain no passengers and baggage get left behind. Such character and personality got me rather more important roles in dealing with VIP travelers. I brought with me the same work ethics when I started my journey in real estate. I combined it with a new set of skills namely generating leads, appointment setting, and most importantly negotiating. To get a higher level of confidence and improve my command of the English language, I utilized the BPO industry. It certainly gave me more than what I expected as I developed active listening and multi-tasking, not to mention understanding the Western culture even more.
