"My name is Dorothy Jean Uaje, a 41-year old single parent of 2 amazing daughters! I live in Tagum City, Davao del Norte,Philippines. I have been in the business for nearly 11 years now. My journey in the business process outsourcing industry began in 2015 as a Customer Care Agent, dealing with a blended account for a very long time- 5 years to be exact. During those occasions, I progressed to being a floorwalker and afterwards,a subject matter expert. This advancement gave me the chance to deal with different specialists per team. My main function was to assist team members who were unaware of the next process or steps in each of their calls, taking supervisory calls as well were part of the job. I loved those times when I could reminisce when I first started! Being to help my colleagues gave me contentment.

I was also given the opportunity to be an Inbound Sales Representative for 3 years, part of which the key performance indicators on that account was to and either to upsell or cross sell, attendance and surveys. My time spent with this account was both tiring and happy. Tiring and pressured because of the KPI but it was worth it- I was happy with the consistency of the results.

At that point, 4 years prior, when my children and I moved from Manila to Davao del Norte, I was lucky to land on a role as a TSR dealing with both telephone, email and talk for an Internet Service Provider. I took care of billing, sent emails for invoices, and handled payments which permitted me to be more proficient in various platforms. Inbound calls with order processing were also part of my tasks.

These experiences made me more patient and passionate with what I do.

I am fully prepared to execute undertakings. I am proficient and put forth a strong effort and go past what is generally anticipated from me. With my abilities and expertise I am sure that I could increase the value of your team.''
