"As someone who has developed an eye for details and good organizational skills, my goal is to keep the projects running smoothly from kickoff through completion. I'm excited for the opportunity to use my skills to move projects forward as smoothly as it can, and at the same time grow in this industry.
During my previous role in ALORICA, for the AT&T account, I worked on many of the company's complex projects, both Small and Large. When an external issue impedes crucial project service levels, I learned to prioritize and developed a system to ensure other projects could continue moving forward. As a result, we have increased our productivity and accuracy.
Over the years of working as an Order Manager and working with different departments at every level the project was, has taught me the importance of good interpersonal skills. It has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision. In order for a project to succeed a manager should develop project plans, communicate expectations clearly, and encourage team enthusiasm, even after the project has completed."
