"I was born a year after my parents eloped, I grew up in a strict environment which was a big factor for me being an introvert, but over my teenage years, I slowly got over with it because of friends. I am also hooked on extreme sports and playing computer games where I usually spend my free time.
I started working as a customer service representative for a U.S. telecommunications company where I help customers by providing helpful information, answering queries, and respond to complaints. I worked with the company for more than 2 years. After gaining experience, I worked in a private company and did outbound calling mainly for appointment setting.
The time came when I was able to earn a little and afford myself to have my own computer setup and internet connection at home and I started home-based working with different clients from time to time which I also enjoyed because it gave me an opportunity to learn new things from them, I did telemarketing, appointment setting, and administrative tasks or whatever my client asks me to do and that's what I've been over the years up until now."
