2001 REMEMBER MY NAME™
The National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV), in conjunction with Ms. Magazine, started this project in 1994. The project was developed to create a national registry of victim's names to increase public awareness of domestic violence deaths. 20 years later, NCADV continues to collect the names and information submitted by family and friends to produce a honorarium poster each year for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. If you would like to submit a name and information for inclusion in the registry and honorarium poster, please complete this form.
You may attach additional information such as news articles, police reports, court records, etc. Items submitted are no longer confidential and cannot be returned.
