“The BPO company I previously worked for was one of the biggest firms in the city. There are lots of companies they handled based in the US and one of those is a Telecommunications company which I am a part of. It was inbound calling and we were to cater to customer's needs and provide technical support whenever they had technical issues on their mobile phones. We walked them through the troubleshooting steps and even process or creating tickets for replacements phones and I was doing that for almost two years.
Working in a BPO company is not easy, we all know that. The graveyard shifts, the irate customers, the staying calm no matter what pressure you are under, and having to change some of your daily routines. But we had to and needed to face all of that to conquer the circumstances we all had. It’s called surviving.''
