"I’ve been working in this industry for 4 years now. I was with Comcast as a Senior Customer Associate for a year. I handled inbound calls for customers who needed help to activate their new business with Comcast. Such as phone, cable and internet services. The second company I was with is DirecTV, which is acquired by AT&T as a Technical Support Representative. Our main task is to help customers fixed their channel or satellite dish concerns. Aside from being Tech Support, we also cater billing concerns and we do upsell.
2017 came and I started my home-based career. My first job was with Greylock Resources as a Sales Representative for a Health Campaign. We contact prospective leads to sell our product which is the Human Growth Hormone. We have a quota and we make calls roughly 100 or more every day. I was also with Versatel Marketing as a Sales Representative for an aggressive outbound health insurance campaign.
My recent job was with Upwork for this one client. I am his Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, and Research Analyst. I make outbound calls for prospective clients to do a partnership with us. I also do follow up calls, update virtual files and send emails to prospective clients."
