Please fill out the form below if you have had reports or noticed that your banner is no loading correctly, not on the specified page you were given in confirmation or has contains incorrect information due to human error. You will need your invoice and your network I.D. and your confirmation e-mail you received when your banner was put in rotation. We will start working on this issue as soon as possible. You will be sent an email with a claim number and estimated time frame for fixing the problem. Thank you for your patience. We apologize for any trouble this may have caused.
