"I have almost 2 years experiences in human resources, recruitment, customer service, sales representative an technical support. Working as part of human resources I handle recruiting qualified candidates, So I innovated an idea of recruiting candidates and asked programmers of our company to develop a program that will be more efficient in assessing candidates while I give them the ideas and how this program should work, they make the website. Being a CSR and technical support, I build and troubleshoot phone systems of our clients which are business owners and assist in cancelling and processing refunds as CSR.
I am a result oriented type of worker in which I make an effort to make sure to produce results of success not just basing into the quantity and finish tasks based on the deadline. I love innovating new ideas and come up with other ways to find effective resolutions for every problem but at the same time weighs the consequences. What I value most is to have passion and offer good quality of work. I am very meticulous and persevered to finish a job well done with a good quality type of work to benefit my clients, my employer and the continuous progress of the company."
