"With regards to my background, to start with I worked BPO industry. I worked for over 4 years in this field as a call center agent, the company I have worked for was a marketing firm so basically the firm was about marketing books and helping authors to let their books be known out there, may it be online marketing or traditional marketing platforms. the job was to call authors since I was one of the marketing specialist officers, to lay out our marketing tools and listen to the clients needs in terms of exposure in the market place and the goal was always to create a positive relationship and make them be a part of us since we are always aiming for partnerships. It was a mix of cold calling and warm leads.
Another experience I had was when I worked as a home based online English teacher for about 4 years. my students were Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese and Spanish. The job was to prepare the lesson materials needed and will fit the student well and teach the English Language to them one on one, most of my students were adults and young professionals.meeting new people and knowing their culture was a welcomed challenge since it is very unique.
With all these experiences I had, the big takeaway was knowing how to communicate
effectively, listen well and pay attention to details and solve problems. I believe I learned how to handle pressure and stress to always think positive and aiming to help each client. moving forward and most importantly handle criticisms and rejections well. I also can work US time and am willing to be trained.
I am confident that I can deliver what is expected from me and to be trustworthy and reliable as well as the skills and dedication needed. "
