~ All images copyrighted by photographer, Jessica Starr.

~ Photos will be available for viewing in an online gallery two weeks after your session. Your online proof gallery expires after three (3) days. It is highly recommended that you make your purchasing decisions within this time frame. If you would like to republish your gallery, there is a $45 fee. If you prefer, you may set up an appointment with me in your home to go through the ordering process.

~ No other camera or equipment other than the photographer’s is allowed during the photo session.

~ You will receive your final print order about 1-2 weeks after you place your order. Canvases may take up to 4-6 weeks. Orders will be delivered to the person who books the session unless other arrangements are made.

~ Jessica Starr Photography has a minimum $400 print order commitment for any Session.

~ There is a $400 minimum purchase per session in addition to the session fee.* The Session Fee plus $200 (which is applied to final purchase) is due at the time you book your session to reserve your session date. *$400 minimum purchase does not apply to special mini sessions. Please see specific minimum purchase for those sessions.

~ If your child is feeling under the weather, please call to reschedule. It happens. If you must cancel, please try to do so at least 24-48 hours before your session.

~ Due to the custom nature of the products, all sales are final.

~ Jessica Starr Photography reserves the right to use the images for display, publication, or other purposes. Images remain the property of Jessica Starr Photography

~ Ordered images will be kept on file for one year after your initial order. All images NOT ordered will be kept on file for one week only, unless you are doing the Album Plan. You are welcome to place a reprint order from the images you originally purchased. There is a $50.00 minimum on reprints.

I hereby consent that my name and the photographs taken and presented by this photographer may be used by Jessica Starr for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website or any publication to promote her studio or name. I also agree that the images can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned. I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this model release and fully understand the contents thereof. By checking I agree to the terms for any children listed on this form who are not of legal age.

This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

I have legal authority to grant these permissions and I accept all responsibility for such.
