"Hi my name is Rosette and I have been working from home since 2015. I had an opportunity to work for an e-commerce company in Australia. I was the administrative assistant to the CEO and the customer service representative at the same time. I manage the company's website by updating the stocks at the back end of the website.
Let me quickly explain the process of how the company gathers the orders and deliver them to the customers. Initially the customers will order on the website, once we have the payment confirmed I will then forward the order to our supplier. the supplier then will ship out the order within the day. They will provide me with the tracking number that I can forward to the customers. It will take usually 3-4 business days for regular shipping and 1-2 business days for express shipping. In case of delay, it is mu duty to inform the customers of such. We usually offer a discount in on their next purchase for the inconvenience it may have caused them.
