Call for Proposals - Workshop Submissions

NASW-FL invites proposals for workshop presentations at our Annual Social Work Conference, June 13 - 15, 2024. The Conference is in-person at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center, Orlando, FL.

Proposals are peer reviewed with identifying information, along with presenter(s) credentials to enhance and expand offerings.

The deadline is January 29, 2024.

  • General Questions: These are general questions about the Conference and expectations for presenters.

  • Lead Presenter Contact Information and Biography This will be how your name appears in the program. Please note that student presentations are accepted for workshops with an LCSW or PhD level co-presenter.

  • The lead presenter will be the primary contact person, and must distribute information to all other presenters.
  • This will be our primary method of contact. Please ensure the email is one you check regularly and will be in use through the Conference.

    Presenters will be evaluated on their expertise on the proposed topic and on their documented experience providing professional presentations.
  • Co-Presenter Contact Information and Biography: How you provide your name and credentials will be how it appears in the program.

    Presentations two hours or less may have two presenters.

    Presentations three hours or more may have three or four presenters.

    No presenters will be added after the proposal is submitted and / or accepted.

  • Note: No job titles for credentials
