“ I'm interested to take on the role of Customer Service Representative. As someone who is experienced in this line of work, I believe I can make an impact right away. I always make sure to have a professional approach to my work and do my due diligence to make sure that we give the right information to our clients all the time. Inmy previous role at JPMorgan Chase, I helped bankers with policy and procedure questions as well as transaction issues with customer's accounts. I was on point with any information required by the banker for them to relay it to their customers. So it's vital that I thoroughly do my research to make sure that both banker and customer are satisfied.
I try to do my best all the time and be an example to other employees. This is why I was chosen as a Relief Team Leader when I expressed my interest in the role. Though it was a short stint, I learned a lot and discover another career path. "
