To secure your place, your signup must be received by June 15, 2014.

• Check-in begins at 10:00 am, Friday, July 11, Dairy Creek Golf Course
• Four Person Scramble
• Assigned Tee Times

Each participating golfer needs to fill out the following signup form; see below for team information.

  • Entry Fee: $125

    Includes registration, golf cart, appreciation gifts, prizes, and post-play complimentary entry to the Seven Sisters Fest Friday night event. (See www.SevenSistersFest.com)

  • To avoid credit card processing fees, we appreciate payment by check. Please note, if paying by credit card, IMF charges a 3% handling fee.
  • By completing and initialing this form, I acknowledge that I am committing to all the responsibilities as a participant of this event, and I understand that this is a nonrefundable fee. Fair Market Value per player is $58. Should I be unable to attend, this fee will be considered a donation to the Robyn Brancart Infinite Music Foundation.
