"I have worked in the BPO industry for more than 10 years handling different accounts like technical support, customer service for a financial account. I have also worked for an online travel account and telecommunications company. With my first work from home job was for a US based client, I handle emails using Zendesk, accept incoming calls and make outgoing calls as well.
We also do daily tasks like updating schedules and sheets and if there any task assigned by my supervisor. We provide security for companies, residential and private events. We assist clients with their security needs and also we assist the guards with their concerns as well.
I have also handled a credit repair account. I first started as a customer service representative and then moved to processing dispute letters for clients. As a customer service, I take incoming calls and make outgoing calls if needed. I am also assigned to handle the incoming emails from clients answering their inquiries and the status of their repair. As a dispute processor, I make the dispute letters and send them to the bureaus and making sure to update the clients after every letter is sent. "
