STATEMENT OF FAITH
About the Bible
We believe the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Holy Spirit to write the very words of Scripture. Therefore we believe the Bible is without error.
About God
We believe in one God who exists in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity (Son of God) who became flesh to reveal God to man and to become the Savior of the lost world.
About Humanity
We believe that all of humanity was created in the image of God to have fellowship with Him but was alienated from God through sinful disobedience. As a result, every man and woman is incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through their own efforts.
About Salvation
We believe that the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. Only when an individual places his/her faith and trust in the death and resurrection of Jesus alone can they be forgiven by God’s grace. We also believe that once you are saved, you are sealed forever by His Spirit and cannot lose God’s forgiveness.
About Christian Living
We believe that every Christian should live for Christ and not for himself. By learning and applying God’s word, as well as daily yielding to the Holy Spirit, we can mature and be conformed to the likeness of Jesus.
