Educator's Application 2014

JET Institute Timeline:
• Applications due Friday, March 28
• Participants confirmed by Monday, April 28
• Week-long program Monday, July 14- Friday, July 18, 2014 in San Francisco (ends by noon Friday)

The JET Institute application includes two parts:
(A) “About Your School” (submitted only once)
(B) “Teacher Application” (one for each teacher)

You may start the application, save the URL and complete at a later time.

$250 fee for each JET Institute participant includes instruction, lunch, and snacks as well as year-long coaching support.

    Each Institution is encouraged to send 2-3 teachers to the JET Institute. "About Your School" information above need only be completed once. EACH TEACHER must complete the application below. Second and third teacher applicants need only fill in "School Name" in part A. You can start the application process, save the URL, and complete at a later time. Complete application is due March 28th.

  • Are you interested in learning more about:

  • Share your use of web platforms and programs with your students. In the space provided, please list which programs you use.

  • Followup and evaluation are integral parts of the JET Institute.

    Participants are expected to share reflections with an independent consultant who will conduct a post-institute evaluation and a mid-year follow up. Participants are also expected to share highlights of their implementations of JET skills with the JET cohort and staff.
  • JET participants will receive individual coaching through the school year to assist in integrating technology in the classroom. All JET participants are invited to apply for the JET Award in Spring 2014, showcasing innovative integration of technology in Jewish education.
  • Teacher details must be submitted for each applicant.
