"I started working from home December 2017, at GlobalinGoup, as a prospecting caller, that offers 1031 exchange. I call clients that bought new properties and ask if they will be interested to do 1031 exchange, from then on, I was assigned to different campaigns. I was able to closed a lot of deals especially when I was moved to calling investors. We also do data mining, update our CRM and do daily reports. I had a great time working for Globalin but unfortunately, I have to quit because of more pressing situations at that time. But now, everything is well.
Before working from home, I worked as an Outbound Sales Agent at The Results Companies, for SiriusXM, we offer radio subscriptions to car owners in the US. Working as Sales Agent for SiriusXM develop my ability to pursue customers to enjoy our product and subscribe for longer term. It is an eye opener for me knowing that I can be a better CSR and a Sales Agent at the same time.
Being a CSR gave me an opportunity to grow or enhance my skills, being patient, keen observation, empathy, adaptability and the use of positive language. Checking into their accounts, helping them with their concerns, trying to calm a customer because of their bill and making sure that everything is in order made me realized that I can do more and I can do better."
