"I'm highly interested in applying for this position. I think this is equivalent to my corporate world experience as a Subject Matter Expert/Customer Service Agent /Escalation Agent. I've done a wide variety of tasks from answering emails, inbound calls and doing cold calling from all the generated leads from our CRM Database. For the admin task job, I've sorted some excel and word files and made sure that every single data is put with 100 percent accuracy before submitting it to my immediate manager.
Due to my experience, I have gained the ability to pacify upset customers. In my experience as an email representative, I was introduced to a vast number of tools that I became well versed, such as Kustomer and Shopify, where I monitored customers’ orders and checked the status for them. Also, I became knowledgeable with inventory management since my client would ask me to check stocks of our products through our different vendors, like Spoke, Scalable Press, Mww, and Shipmonk.
The computer software that I am proficient with are Microsoft Office and Google documents."
