"My background includes working in the BPO industry since 2018. I’ve worked for a health care insurance company as a Customer Service Representative. I also joined a telecommunication company as a senior agent. I then became an account expert for an international insurance account.
As a health care insurance customer service representative, my duties were to provide the account details for the customers by answering product and service questions specially if the call is about their claims and benefits; suggesting information about other coverages and services.
Then I joined an international telecommunication company as a senior agent supporting Philadelphia, New York, Miami and a lot more. With this experience I was able to boost my confidence as well as my knowledge on how to provide an excellent customer service for the customer.
Recently, I joined an international insurance company covering Major appliances, jewelry and other expensive gadgets. During my tenure, my responsibilities include answering calls, processing insurance claims, account and policy verification, insurance enrollment and insurance claims completion. Also we are the one who’s setting up the appointment for the customer if ever that they will request for a home visit from our technicians. Though it was a tough one to handle it has become more rewarding specially if your customer really appreciates your help.
