"My name is Kristel. I have over 8 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative for Healthcare Insurance international companies. We accept calls from customers and Healthcare Providers. We answer inquiries about their health and dental plan. We explain to customers how their contract provision works and why some claims are denied. We sometimes coordinate with different departments to give solutions to other customers' concerns like pending and mishandle claims and overpayment. We also do outbound calls if we need to follow up with members or ask additional documents from providers.
We multitask a lot. We try to do everything that is needed to resolve the issue within the call. This helps me acquire a great deal of skills that enables me to deliver high quality service and outcome.
