FREE ASSEMBLY SHOW

We will provide a FREE interactive, fun and educational assembly show to get your Jr. Mad Scientists excited about the club

Terms and Conditions

1. The Mad Science Club will require one disruption free classroom or area for the club to take place. We prefer not to use common areas being used by others or open areas.

2. Please make us aware if there are any charges for the hire of classrooms for the club as we will need to alter the price for registration.

3. We need a minimum of 15 children to run the club and a maximum of 22 children per class, we can accommodate for additional clubs on the same day or following term if numbers exceed 30 children interested.

4. The club is offered to years 1-6, and we are happy to offer to Reception classes in Summer Term

5. We will provide the following: risk assessments, company insurance, safety and safeguarding policies and club terms & conditions. If you need anything further from us, please do not hesitate to ask.

6. We require a member of school staff to be our point of contact for the duration of the club

7. We kindly ask that someone suitable from the school reviews the list of children on the register to let us know of any potential problems/ behavior issues/ health concerns we should be aware of.

8. Mad Science is an inclusive club, but we require that if a child has a helper during the school day, they also have a helper during Mad Science
