"With over six (6) years of professional experience as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry, I have learned that it is important to create a good impression with the clients whom I am dealing with in order to promote positive reviews with whatever product I am endorsing.
Let me give you a brief review about my past and current employment.
I started off as an Assistant Teacher for pre-school and Elementary students when I was still in College. After a few years, I tried the corporate world and got hired as a Customer Service Representative for a phone provider which is base in the U.S.
A year after, I decided to apply for this post I saw online and I got hired. It is still my current job, and it is base in the U.S. I believe they're one of your clients' competitors because this account is also medical records retrieval. I am on this line of business for 5 years and 4 months to be exact. On this job, I send out requests to different facilities/offices, follow-up, take incoming calls, deal with Invoices for records release, review charts and facility responses, deal with the clients e-mail inquiries, and respond to them if needed.
