This application is for Steampunk Street participants ONLY. If your items do not fit the steampunk genre/theme, please go to 2ndfrdaynightout.com for general artisan sign-up. 2nd Friday & Steampunk Street reserves the right to refuse any vendor/artist without cause.

PLEASE NOTE: Vendors are responsible for their own state & city sales tax & licenses. You may register for the event, but you must have a City of Mesa Tax ID by the show date in order to participate. You can get City of Mesa Tax information on their web page at: www.mesaaz.gov/salestax
