In my Customer Service Representative roles, I honed my abilities in problem solving and empathy, providing a firm foundation for the position. My last contract was with Trendhim.com, which is an ecommerce website for men's accessories. My job consisted of receiving calls and answering emails, mostly about order shipment status or cancellations. But we were also required to make outbound calls to ensure that the customers are happy with their purchases.
