Requirement: You must be a current member of AODME and have less than 2 years in your current position as DME.

    * Attendance at the AODME 2015 conference and Leadership Program sessions
    * Monthly online modules
    * Conference calls, when applicable
    * Live and online discussions among participants and faculty
    * Attendance at the AODME 2016 conference and ALP sessions
    * Regular contact with your mentor
