<hr size="3" /> This is where you can get all the
resources that you need for an event including Advertising,
Co-sponsorship, people to help staff the event, a Grill, a Snowcone
Machine, and a PA System.<br /><br /><b>The Fine Print</b><br /><br />

Advertising:<br />

Please submit 1-2 week before you would like advertising to go up. If you are interested in Note-a-bull, putting fliers in RA mailboxes, advertising in Marshall Center, or in Bull-Vision please submit 2 weeks before the event needs to be advertised. It can take up to a week to get these ads put up.<br /><br />

Grill, PA System, and Snow-Cone Machine:<br />
Any borrowed equipment can be checked out from an RHA Executive Board member 24 hours in advance and must be returned within 24 hours following the event. When the organization checks out equipment, an RHA Executive Board member must make sure the equipment is in proper working order.<br />
If the equipment is not in proper working order when it is returned, the borrowing organization will be responsible for the repair or full replacement value of the equipment, decided at the discretion of the E Board and/or the Advisor. If the Grill or Snow-Cone Machine is not cleaned after the event, the borrowing organization will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $50 each, at the discretion of the E-Board and/or Advisor. If the PA System is not in proper working order when it is returned, the borrowing organization will be responsible for the repair or full replacement value of the PA System, decided at the discretion of the E Board and/or the Advisor. If the PA System is not in proper working order after the event or cords or parts are missing, the borrowing organization will be charged a fee of up to $100, at the discretion of the E-Board and/or Advisor, to restore the PA System back to proper working order. To ensure that RHA can enforce this if necessary, and to insure that you are not charged if you did not cause the problems to the equipment, it is imperative that an RHA executive board member check your borrowed equipment in and out before and after your event. <b>Advisers must not take equipment from the RHA office without an RHA Executive Board member present. Your building council will be charged if these problems are found</b><br /><br />

Co-Sponsorships:<br />
When requesting money from RHA, a Building Council must have the support of one (1) senator from their area and one (1) person to present the Co-Sponsorship to RHA. Any request for an amount between $0.01 and $99.99 will be presented to and voted upon by the RHA Executive Board. Any request for an amount above $100 will be presented to and voted upon by the RHA General Assembly. To ensure that RHA funds are being used correctly, and request must be accompanied by a detailed breakdown of what the money will be sued for. After your event, receipts must be presented that match the request and breakdown, within reason.<br /><br />

Request Timeline:<br />
If you are only requesting an equipment reservation, this request must be received no later than one (1) week before your event. Submitting the request does not guarantee you use of the equipment.<br />
If you are only requesting a Co-Sponsorship, or a co-sponsorship and equipment, this request must be received one (1) week before RHA votes on the Co-Sponsorship. For example, if this request is received on a Wednesday, it will not be voted on until the second Monday following. In short, any Co-Sponsorship request should be received no later than two (2) Mondays before the event. As a rule of thumb, the earlier the better.<br />
If you are requesting any combination of services that includes Advertising, this request must be received no later than two (2) weeks before your event. If you want flyers in RA Mailboxes or advertisements on Bull-Vision or in the Marshall Student Center, this request should be received no later than four (4) weeks before your event.<br /><br />
