*Payment required prior to September 24 or space will be reassigned. Payment must accompany booth reservation to ensure your space and is on a first come, first served basis. If paying by check mail payment to: Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 428, Elkhart, IN 46516. **Food booth - must be a Chamber Member restaurant/caterer to receive this booth rate. A temporary food permit is required from the Elkhart County Health Department. ***Registration for this event must be paid in advance. All cancellations must be received 30 days prior to the event for a full refund. Limited number of booths available. Registration assigned on a "First paid, first registered basis."
