This form is to be used if you are ENROLLING YOUR RENTALS for the first time in the GMC. If you need to update the information for your rentals, use the Change of Information Form. If you need to renew the enrolment for your rentals, use the Renewal form. All these forms are listed where you found this on the main FORMS page of the blog.

Enrolment Rules

Please read the general group rules before you submit this form. There is a zero tolerance on breaking the rules because of the size of this group and size of the enrolment roster for all services. You will not be issued any warnings if you break the rules and your notice rights will be revoked. Rules are found on the main page.

Notice Rights

1. The only people who will be given notice posting rights in the GMC group will be the rental manager listed on the form;


2. Notices are limited to one (1) notice per week;


3. There will be no promotion of sim, market or city in the notice. This is for RENTALS/HOUSING ONLY. Word your notice carefully so there is no confusion if you are including unauthorized promotion of non-rental/housing information and avoid removal of your notice rights.
   

There are three (3) levels of service rentals can enroll in:
Level 1: Large Rentals

1. Minimum of 25 houses/plots to be rented;


2. Open rental access. Meaning the rentals isn't exclusive to your friends and by invite only (which includes applications) and offering a few houses/plots open to rent for the general public.

1. Free houses/plots for citizens within a Gorean city/village/etc within a role play environment.

Rental Categories:

The enrolment list has been broke into three (3) categories. Be sure to select the appropriate category correctly to avoid delay in processing of your form.

1. Rentals in a Role Play Sim - These rentas are located in a Gorean role play environment. There is a rental fee associated with these listings.


2. Rentals not in a Role Play Sim - These rentals are not part of a role play environment. There is a rental fee associated with these listings.


3. Free Housing for Citizens - Free housing for citizens within a role play environment.

Form tips:

SLURLs:

SLURLS will be used on the blog to give everyone an easy way to teleport to your rental property. If they are already in Second Life and they click on the SLURL a teleport window will open on the Grid Map. If they aren't logged into Second Life, they will be prompted to log in when the viewer login screen opens. You can get a SLURL easily by:

1. Going to the rental office's main landing location,


2. Opening the grid map (MAP button),


3. Clicking the "Copy SLURL to clipboard" button.

Custom-Size Signs:
There will be no custom-sized signs offered.

Attaching your Logo
You can have the option of adding your sim's logo to the blog page which will be created for the rentals listing. Please ensure that your logo meets the criteria below. Any logos not meeting the critera aren't usable, they won't post to the net. Logos which aren't usable won't be resaved or altered.

1. no larger then 512x512 in size,


2. no spaces in the name of the logo,


3. in JPG format.

Please remember if you do not fill in all the blanks, there will be no way to process your enrolment form. If you do not fill in all the information, your form will be deleted without being contacted.
