Application to Pull and/or Transport
If you have any questions before you fill this forum out please contact Meg at GAshelterhelper@gmail.com

I understand that I am dealing with a volunteer third party
who works closely with the animal shelter to organize
rescue and transport.

All final decisions to release the Animal are made after considering the best situation for it
and have to be cleared by the shelter,

I understand that this is an animal control facility part
of the police department and the Owner has the first
permission to reclaim the lost Pet.

I also understand that some of these animals may be on a
longer hold due to a violation and can not be released
until there has been a court hearing.
