Due to the nature of our program, and the vulnerable population we serve, all volunteers must be at least 18 years or age and will be subject to a national background check. For the background check, we will ask you to please sign a release form and pay a service fee of $5.00.
Once your initial application is approved, you will be contacted for an interview. If selected as a volunteer, you will then be asked to complete the appropriate documentation for a background check.
Further, please understand that you may be photographed and/or videoed when volunteering with Positive Tomorrows. These photos/videos may be used in newspaper stories, television, broadcasts, public relations materials, or displays in various public awareness programs.
