If you are attempting to contact Pride Labs, beginning in 01/01/2009, Pride Labs was officially closed and the old corporation was dissolved. You can still email them for support until January, 1, 2010 at pridelabs@gmail.com
If you purchased or owned a product or system from PrideLabs prior to January 1st, 2009, any contracts or service agreements (as well as warranty periods) are now officially up. For some key customers, prior paid or free tech Support agreements have been extended for users who have moved over to the new Organix Tech system. If you were not invited to participate in the new tech support program, then your contract was already past due or closed and your contract, service, support and warranty period(s) effectively ended with the end of Pride Labs US, Inc.
Our staff is still trained on repairing any DigiPro/PrideLabs system and we still have a full inventory of parts to repair, rebuild or upgrade any previous system. Please email us for our hourly Tech Support Rate and repair rates for your particular model.
