Lead: Fill out all sections after your event is over. For multiple day events, a report is required for each day.

  • If event was not in Worship Center, it is your responsibility to turn the Master Recordings.
  • This includes training issues, late, missing or cancelled tech positions.
  • Media team, no-shows, schedule changes.
  • Locations of shadow trainers, performance, insight and notes.
  • List any missing, broken, or damaged gear.
