NET 360 SOLUTIONS WEBSITE COMPLETION AGREEMENT

This agreement acknowledges the completion of the website developed by RDB Net 360 Solutions Inc. (herein referred to as the “Company”) for the Client Name added below (herein referred to as the “Client”).

The Client has reviewed the final design, development & content as presented to the Client by the Company, and other than any agreed upon incomplete items that would have been emailed separately to the Client, the Client Agrees that the website is now complete, and that any Agreement between the Client and the Company pertaining to the Client's Website design and Development has been fulfilled to the Clients satisfaction. The Client also agrees to pay any outstanding monies owed to the Company without delay.

The Client agrees that any modifications, or new work to the approved website after the electronic signing of this agreement, other than any said incomplete items, will incur additional charges that would then be negotiated between the Client and the Company. The Client also agrees that any said incomplete items that require content or other related items from the Client, must be provided to the Company within sixty (60) days of the electronic signing of this agreement. Failure to do so within that time period will void the Company’s responsibility to complete any said incomplete items.
