AARCS Care Contribution Fee

Why would we ask for a care contribution fee? Your care contribution goes towards providing food and general care to our animals, including veterinary care such as vaccinations, treatment, medication and required surgeries. The Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society is a non-profit organization who is not government funded and solely relies on donations from the public in order to operate.

This agreement constitute a contract for the transfer of guardianship of the animal described between AARCS and

These terms and conditions are entered into and agreed upon by both AARCS and the Guardian and they acknowledge the moral and legal worth of this contract. I (Guardian), agree to all of the terms of this contract and understand that non-compliance with the terms of this agreement.

I understand that this Intake Agreement serves as a Transfer of Guardianship contract will be used in conjunction with my intake request as one binding agreement. This includes all terms and information that I have supplied on the intake request.
