Without insurance, change/cancellation charges will be implemented by the supplier and/or agency in the event that I choose to cancel or change my booking after making the initial non-refundable deposit. I understand that Sherrod’s Global Travel cancellation fees ($100-200) are in addition to supplier fees and must be paid prior to my cancellation request being processed. Cost of insurance is determined at the time of booking, if it is not paid at the time of booking, it must be paid within 7 days of deposit. The choice of adding insurance is yours, it is NOT automatically added and it must be paid upfront. *

For groups of five (5) or more rooms;
At time of booking, you will receive a promotion/discount code on your reservation. The amount of the discount is dependent on the gross price of the reservation. If the minimum number of rooms (less than 5) with added promotional codes, are not paid in full by the final due date, the discount will be removed from all group reservations and added back to the reservation as the remaining balance and paying any remaining reservation balance(s) will be the responsibility of all persons on the reservation. If clients refuse to pay the remaining balance(s), the reservation will be canceled at the discretion of Sherrod's Global Travel and the clients will be responsible for all penalties. *

We make every effort to honor the package price quoted originally, however; under certain circumstances your price may be subject to increase if your reservation does not have a deposit or not paid in full due to currency fluctuations or additional govt taxes or fees beyond our control. Cruise lines have the right to add a fuel surcharge regardless of booking status per their individual policies. You will be advised of any price increases immediately. To avoid a rate increase, we recommend payment in full by the due date specified in your booking. Airline tickets are non-refundable once issued. No name changes are permitted. Name on ticket must match your passport exactly. Date changes may be permitted with a fee plus any difference in the fare. Routing restrictions may apply. Airlines may have additional fees for seat assignments, premium seat assignments and for checked luggage. Hotel reward points or amenities may not be combinable with all hotel packages. Sherrod’s Global Travel is not responsible for foreign transaction fees that may be imposed by your credit card provider. It is recommended that you contact your credit card company prior to booking to ensure you have available funds. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure you have proper documentation for your trip. This includes but is not limited to government issue ID (domestic travel), valid passport (international travel) or entry visa (required for several countries). Adults traveling internationally with minors may require additional authorization paperwork.

Sherrod’s Global Travel acts only as an agent for the client in acquiring transportation, accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients benefit. Sherrod’s Global Travel and it's agents shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.
